We provide extended support to our customers to ensure that any issues and maintenance are resolved smoothly and with a minimum disruption to the workflow. The customer can concentrate on the core business leaving the health of the SAP system to be monitored and maintained by the offshore support partner. This has the additional benefit of lowering software and service costs.
