Verve follows the SAP-recommended Accelerated SAP (ASAP) implementation methodology to deliver effective SAP solutions on schedule. ASAP divides the implementation project into five distinct phases:

• Project Preparation
• Business Blueprint
• Realization
• Final Preparation
• Go-Live & Support

We approach the implementation as a partnership between the client and us so that together we can achieve greater success than either of us could have achieved working separately. Our functional consultants have a vast amount of domain knowledge in various fields that allow them to understand and document the business processes in place in the client's organization. Working with the client we identify which business processes or requirements will require custom development to cover the gaps in SAP's core offerings. These gaps are then filled by our team of technical consultants who have the skills and experience to best fulfill that need.

The project is managed by professional leaders who have a rich experience in leading projects across the globe. We also have strict quality guidelines to ensure adherence to industry-leading quality standards.

In addition to the actual implementation, we also provide comprehensive training and documentation to the end-users to ensure that the customer's organization undergoes a smooth transition into SAP once the project is completed and is ready to go 'live'.
