Payroll Services
At Verve, we can assist in preparation of Payroll Returns as per federal and state rules, administration, implementing the controls necessary to ensure a reliable, efficient, and effective payroll system. We also assist in payment of online payroll taxes for state and federal and preparation of all necessary payroll tax returns in a timely manner.
We work with any kind of payroll input method. Few of the standard input methods are as follows:
- Telephone (inbound/outbound)
- Fax – simply fill the payroll input worksheet and fax to our toll free fax number.
- Electronic time sheet – Send us your electronic worksheets each day in its existing format from where we will pick up input for payroll processing.
- Internet access – we can access your timesheet using SSL secured lines to pick up input for payroll process.
Sales Tax & Notice Support Services
We can assist in the compilation of information and preparation of Sales Tax and County Tax returns in accordance with the state laws and regulations in an efficient and timely manner. Services include:
- We can receive your documents through fax, email, ftp or any other convenient media including sending them to our office at Austin.
- Documents received are scrutinized and reported before entering them into your chosen software.
