Co-Managed Offshore Model

Co-Managed offshore model is an hybrid engagement model where client has a captive unit which is developed by Verve and operated by Verve. Team is hired, trained and inducted where client participates in taking a final call on every shortlisted candidate. The model is being effectively operated with few of our clients. Co-managed model provides Verve’s unique no CAPEX advantage to the client while provides key advantages of having a captive unit which are as follows:

  • Tailor-made facility
  • Complete control to the production unit
  • Option to deploy a key resource offshore to co-manage services
  • Seamless process migration and peace of mind as far as data security is concerned

Transaction based models

No CAPEX transaction based models is certainly a value based model. Transaction based cost is defined based on project requirement and industry standard mutually agreed upon productivity.

Fixed time/fixed cost project model:

Most successful model in most of small sized outsourced software development and in recruitment process and research processes. A well defined requirement document is prepared, shared and agreed upon. Our BA works with the client to define delivery and milestones and monitoring methods. Project deliverables, timelines and resource utilization are pre-defined hence considered to be a low-risk model for both client and Verve.

Hourly rate assignment model

A dedicated team is assigned to client with delivery objectives on daily basis. An hourly rate is mutually agreed upon which includes all capital and operational expenses. This is another no CAPEX business model which is suitable to technical or non-technical customer support services. This model is also applicable to software maintenance contracts.

Joint Venture Model

Verve becomes a JV partner in your offshore captive unit. Verve provides all functional support including that of setting up a tailor-made facility, hiring, training, day-to-day process management and reporting.

Since, client is a business partner hence has complete control on the entire JV business.

Verve still gives more of standard options under offshore delivery model:

  • No Capex transaction based outsource model
  • Build operate transfer model (BOT)
  • Assisted build out model (ABO)
